CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Find Your People. Fuel Your Passion.

At LPS Oakland, learning goes beyond the classroom. Our campus is full of opportunities for students to explore their interests, try something new, and lead with purpose.

Whether you're into student government, arts, culture, service, or sports—there’s a club or activity for you. And if you don’t see one that fits? You can start your own!

Student Leadership Opportunities:

At LPS Oakland, we believe every student has the power to lead and make a difference. Our student leadership programs—including Associated Student Body (ASB), Student Ambassadorship, and the Senior Committee—empower students to shape school culture, plan events, and represent the voice of their peers. Through these opportunities, students develop essential skills in communication, collaboration, and community engagement while building pride in their school and preparing for leadership beyond high school.

  • Senior Committee: Plan senior events, fundraisers, and activities to celebrate the graduating class.
  • Associated Student Body (ASB): Leads school-wide events, spirit initiatives, and student advocacy to strengthen campus culture and community voice.
  • Student Ambassadorship: Represents LPS Oakland at school and community events, welcoming visitors and promoting a positive school image.
